You can find our Key boxes right next to the entrance doorso you don't have to wait for us to check in.
They work via an app, so you can open them conveniently via Bluetooth at any time. This means you no longer have to take the key with you and can store it safely inside during your vacation.
Important: Please provide us with your mobile number so that we can give you access to the key boxes.
DIRECTIONS:
- Please install the sent link (app)
- then enter YOUR email address in the app
- You will then receive a code (to the specified email address)
- This code is for confirmation in the app
- After that, the booked time slot is open for you.
On site then:
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone,
Open app,
choose the Alpenrose or Enzian castle,
briefly to wake up (ie press one of the buttons on the lock) it lights up briefly,
press the lock symbol on the phone (app),
and open within the green expiring time.
After removing the key, press the lock, it will close automatically within 12 seconds.
Please always check whether the lock has closed again and the key is not jammed.
